What is Pre-orders
Most Japanese Figures Pre-orders are rare and only release once. Manufacturers will provide photos of actual prototype and accept orders for few months advance before distribution. In some cases, manufacturers might increase the price due to high demand and to ensure to maintain the highest quality of the figures, they will create an appropriate amount that deem fit.
*Pre-orders items may close during the preorder period without prior notice if manufacturer prompt us to stop accepting orders.
*Pre-orders balance payment will be processed two to three weeks before the scheduled shipping date after we send you an arrival email or the 1st of the month of release given by manufacturers whichever is earlier.

All products in YamiTa Hobby Collection deals directly with distributors and suppliers from Japan. We strictly opposing in selling any counterfeit/bootleg product in YamiTa.

*So it is advisable to pay deposit or full early to secure your purchase & avoid price change*
When can I received my orders once is released?
Ready stock will ship within 1-5 working days.
For Pre-orders, 1-2months after release date from manufacturers. An arrival notification email or WhatsApp notification will be sent once the ordered item arrives. After arrivals & full payment made, your orders will be shipped within 1-5 working days.

How Deposit is calculated
A minimum deposit is required to secured a pre-order.
20% [RM100 - RM999]
30% [RM1000 - RM2999]
50% [RM3000 & above]
Full Payment Special Request / Backorder
Balance Payment
For pre-orders, the balance payment must be paid within 14 days after you received arrival notification via email. Orders that exceed the payment period will be cancelled immediately.
If you need more time to collect your item, please do contact us tim@y-amita.com within the said period (14 days). If you failed to pay the Balance Payment within 14 days. We will be considered this as the order cancellation from the customer, your deposit will be forfeited.
* Failed to make payment within the period, your deposit/FP will be forfeited.
Can I combine different orders into one delivery?
We offer Flexible Warehouse!
You can combine different purchase into single delivery within maximum of 2 months. If you wan please email a request to tim@y-amita.com.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. You will receive your tracking number once we fulfill your shipment. Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account. After, you can visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery. If you are unable to find it please WhatsApp us.
